Practical principles for project inquiries and website work.

Requests and free concepts
Submitting a request does not create a paid contract, reserve capacity or require a purchase. Suitable requests may receive a free concept after review. We do not guarantee a demo for every request or a fixed response time. Concepts are for evaluating a possible project; production use and deliverables require a separate agreement.
Scope and payment
Before paid work starts, a written proposal must identify the contracting parties, deliverables, fees, payment stages, revision rounds, timeline and acceptance arrangements. Changes outside that scope require a further agreement. No fixed price, deposit percentage or blanket refund rule is established by this page.
Your content
Before paid work starts, a written proposal identifies the contracting parties, deliverables, fees, payment stages, revisions, timing and acceptance. Published plans and starting prices describe their included scope; changes require a further agreement.
Ownership and licenses
The project agreement will specify final deliverables, transfer conditions, source files and access. Existing tools, reusable components, fonts, stock images and third-party services remain subject to their own licenses. A free concept does not itself transfer production rights.
Domains, launch and handover
Domain registration should be in the client’s name and account. The project agreement must confirm account access, renewal responsibility, hosting costs, approved content, launch checks and handover materials before launch.
Revisions and ongoing care
Included revision rounds and feedback arrangements are confirmed in writing. New features, ongoing updates, support and maintenance are separately scoped; no unlimited revisions, continuous support or uptime commitment is offered here.
Cancellation and outcomes
Cancellation, payments for completed work and any refunds follow the individual agreement and applicable law. There are no automatic penalties or deemed approvals here. Design work does not guarantee sales, search ranking, traffic or conversion results.
These principles and your project agreement
These principles explain how we approach a project; they are not a signed project agreement. The parties and specific commitments are confirmed in writing before paid work begins. Material updates are dated and do not silently replace existing signed agreements.
Monthly plans and prices
The service page lists USD monthly prices, pages, update limits and domain budget. Plans cover one location and one language, with no setup fee or minimum term. Extra work needs an approved quote. Free plans may display approved ads; revenue belongs to the studio.
Subscription, cancellation and handover
A subscription provides ongoing website use, hosting and listed care, not an automatic source-code buyout. Approve the demo and written scope before subscribing and final delivery. Stop future renewals at any time; service continues through the paid period. There is no automatic downgrade to advertising. Your domain and supplied content remain yours; source-file handover needs a separate one-time quote.
Included care and domains
Updates follow the plan frequency, up to 30 minutes per included request, without rollover. Studio-caused defects do not consume the allowance. Paid plans include up to $25 per year for domain registration or renewal; premium domains, excess costs and email need separate approval. SEO is limited to the published scope, without ranking or sales guarantees.
One-time work and payment
Starting prices describe minimum scopes. We inspect the site and confirm deliverables, fees, payments, revisions, timing and acceptance in writing. One-time builds do not automatically include hosting, domains or ongoing care. After full payment, agreed files and client content are handed over, subject to third-party licenses. Refunds, completed work and incomplete delivery follow the agreement and applicable requirements; there is no blanket non-refundable rule.
