Your project information, handled with care.
Practical principles for project inquiries and website work.

What you share
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. These may include your business name, address or service area, website requirements, references and images. Only send materials you have permission to share.
Why we use it
We use this information to evaluate your request, consider a concept demo and communicate about the project. An inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not publish your correspondence or use your materials in a public portfolio without separate permission.
Email and hosting providers
Cloudflare hosts this website. Your email service and the services that route and store our correspondence process messages and attachments. Providers may process data across countries; we do not promise local-only storage.
Website collection
The public site does not accept project form submissions or file uploads. Clicking the email link opens your email app; it does not send a message or attachment through this website. No marketing analytics script is installed. Hosting providers may process technical request data to deliver and secure the site.
Advertising on the concept subsite
The studio pages do not load advertising scripts. The separate fictional Phở Mây subsite has an Adsterra page-banner trial with advertising currently disabled. Before activation, its notice and applicable consent and opt-out mechanisms must be reviewed. If enabled later, the provider may process cookies, IP addresses, device information and other identifiers across countries. The subsite notice describes the active setting. Emailing us does not consent to advertising.
Payment arrangements
After approving a demo and scope, we confirm the available payment method before billing. If PayPal is agreed, payment and subscription details are processed there, not through a card form on this site. The studio may retain invoice, transaction and subscription records for delivery and record-keeping. Provider retention differs from email retention. Never send card details, passwords or identity documents in an inquiry.
Access and care
Correspondence is accessed by the studio operator and the providers needed to deliver and store email. Do not email identity documents, payment details or confidential information that is unnecessary for discussing the project.
Retention
Correspondence is retained as needed for project discussions, agreed work and related record-keeping, then reviewed for deletion. Email copies and provider backups follow their own retention arrangements.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion using the privacy email below. Tell us which correspondence your request concerns. We will consider the request and explain any records that need to be retained.
Changes
This notice describes the current email inquiry process. It will be updated if collection or processing changes; an existing project agreement is not silently replaced.
